Bootblacks for Mid-Atlantic Leather 2013.

 The charity for the bootblacks for MAL 2013 was Mr. Friendly’s Team Friendly DC – Baltimore and they raised $880!

History

In 2011, the Bootblacks were re-introduced to Mid Atlantic Leather Weekend. The bootblacks donate 50% of their tips to the Mr. MAL Travel fund and a local charity. Since 2011, the Bootblacks have raised $4,378 – Half of which has gone to the Mr. MAL Travel fund and the other half to a local charity:

2012 – Suicide Prevention, Education, Awareness for Kids (SPEAK) – $795
2011 – Sexual Minority Youth Assistance Leaque – $514
